Book Review: So What! Stories or Whatever!
by A.E. Albert
@aealbert23

Author: G.J. Griffiths
Genre: Humour/Teen & Young Adult

The story begins in a high school in Britain and chronicles the career of a teacher, Mr. Jeffrey.  Mr. Jeffrey learns very quickly that if you want order in the classroom, a teacher must be strict.  Yet, in the process he develops meaningful relationships with many of these children.

The reader joins Mr. Jeffrey through the adventures and misadventures of his students.  Sometimes you laugh others times find a tear in your eye.

Most characters are fleeting and only Mr. Jeffrey is a constant throughout the story.  However, the author still manages to breathe life into each and everyone of them.  I would say that this is the author's greatest skill.  He can visualize his characters and then beautifully manifest them through words on a page.

The story flowed and I found no gaps in the plotline.  The pacing was well done and there was always something happening to peek the reader's interest.

Overall, the story was well written. But most importantly, the story itself brings out various emotions in the reader.  And isn't that what reading is truly all about?
