If you want to visually organize your posts, I recommend creating pages and linking the applicable posts or pages to them.  This way your reader can navigate your posts as seen on the side of your blog and select ones they want to read. 

Here's How:

Create Heading:
1.  Sign into your blogger account.
2.  Click 'layout' on your dashboard.
3.  Click 'add gadget.'
4.  Click 'pages.'
5.  Unclick any checked pages, unless you want them.
7.  Type your heading in the page title box
8.  Click 'save'

Link Posts or Pages To Heading:
1.  Open desired page or post (it must be published)
2.  Copy the page URL
3.  Open your blog
4.  Click on your heading's edit button
5.  Click on external link
6.  Paste your desired URL of your post into the web box.
7.  Click 'save link.' and then save arrangement.
